Dalissm Dalmatians
Sorry but we currently have no puppies for sale however please contact us if
you wish to go on a waiting list for our next litter, possibly late summer 2012
We are Kennel Club Accredited / Assured Breeders & use the Dalmatian breed clubs codes of conduct, have both parents are vet checked on a regular basis, are BAER (hearing) tested, microchipped and wormed etc. Our litters are planned and bred for the improvement of the breed, and our line, not for money as breeding Dalmatains is not a cheap hobby. The pups are all vet checked, microchipped, BAER (hearing) tested, wormed etc, and raised in a family home. They come with puppy packs and a life time of support. If you are interested in a Dalmatian puppy, can give it a home-for-life, give love, time, and attention, if you do not mind finding dog hair in the strangest of places please contact us using the link below.
We do not breed "show dogs", we breed first and foremost pets, some of which may become "pets with social lives" either in the show ring or with agility, that bit is up to Mother Nature and your commitment to give up your evenings for training classes, your weekends to attend shows, and any spare money to pay show entries, hotels, fuel etc xxx
Sandie & Stephen Markey

Indicates a Kennel Club Assured Breeder. Only breeders displaying this marker are members of the Assured Breeder Scheme
We are members of the oldest Dalmatian club in the world the North of England Dalmatian Club, plus members of the Dalmatian Club of Scotland, and the British Dalmatian Club & are part of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeders Scheme.
Our litter should be ready to be re-homed in October allowing for the pups to develop in to their own personalities, be cared for by Bailey and us, to be KC registered, BAER (hearing) tested, vet checked, micro-chipped, wormed etc. All pups will come with a puppy pack, and a life time of support, if wanted & four weeks free insurance.
Why go to a Kennel Club Accredited Breeder who is a member of at least one breed club rather than buy a “cheap breeder of pets”? Well think of it this way: Would you buy a gold watch from a man in the pub or someone who approaches you in the street? No of course you would not; you have sense and would go to a reputable dealer or well known high street chain, you want guarantees about your purchase, and the same applies to dogs, they are not cheap, they become members of the family very quickly, and you want to be assured that you are buying from someone with knowledge and experience of the breed, someone who has a code of conduct to follow. Sadly there are a lot of cheap breeders out there, the reason being is that they do not follow codes of conduct, and worse still tell you that BAER (hearing) testing is not needed, or the KC papers will be sent on, but then are never received, or tell you that "show dogs are wrong, they only breed pets", however show dogs are guaranteed KC registered, they are (normally) hearing tested and have to be healthy etc Dalmatians are always pets first, show dogs second or as I prefer "pets with social lives".

We will in turn breed and raise the puppies to the best of our ability. They will have their dew claws removed in order not to potentially damage them at a future date, they will be wormed with Panacur 10% before going to their new homes, will be vet checked, micro-chipped, BAER (hearing) tested, Kennel Club registered and will come with four weeks free insurance via the Kennel Club. Both parents are regularly vet checked, are Crufts qualifiers proving they meet the Kennel Club Breed Standard for Dalmatian, and are on a regular worming and flea programme, as well as receiving their annual boosters via Vets 4 Pets.
All pups will have two clauses in their contract regarding breeding & being exported as per guidance from the Kennel Club
[ From the Kennel Club’s advice on a Puppy Sale of Contract: The Breeder has taken every care with breeding, rearing and the welfare of the Dog. The Dog is believed to be in good health and it is sold in good faith. The Breeder makes no warranty however as to the health or disposition of the Dog.
The Purchaser(s) is strongly advised to take the Dog to their vet, soon after purchase, for a general check and advice on inoculations and worming.
Although any description of the Dog as being of show or trial quality is given in good faith, it is a condition of this sale that no warranty can be given as to the ultimate show / working / field trial or breeding potential on maturity of the Dog.
Under Kennel Club regulations, there are two endorsements that may be placed on a dog's record, by the registered owner of a dog, whilst the dog in question is still in their possession. A breeder, therefore, is entitled to place two endorsements on a puppy's record with the Kennel Club: One restricts registration of any of its future offspring (progeny) and the other prevents the issue of an export pedigree.
